لبوب مرکّب/lobub-e morakkab/ 

شکل دارويي: معجون

موارد مصرف: افزايش دهنده تعداد و رافع نقص موجود در شکل اسپرم، ايجاد نعوظ، افزايش ميل جنسي، تقويت حرکت اسپرم

توضيحات: اين معجون از ترکيب لبوب صغير به همراه وِرِل و تخم انجره به دست آمده است. لبوب صغير باعث افزايش مني، تقويت کليه و آلت تناسلي، و ايجاد نعوظ مي‌شود. در ترکيب لبوب مرکب، انجره منجر به اصلاح شکل اسپرم، و ورل باعث تقويت قواي جنسي و نعوظ و افزايش تعداد اسپرم مي‌شود. تقويت کليه نيز از خواص مهم اين معجون است. براساس کتب طبي، وِرِل داراي طبع گرم و خشک و قادر به تقويت باه، تحريک، نعوظ و توليد اسپرم است. همچنين، گزنه که در کتب طبي، اَنْجُرَه ناميده مي‌شود براي درمان بيماري‌هاي کليه و تقويت قوه باه مفيد و مؤثر است. لبوب مرکب به علت تبديل ماده به مني و دفع مکرر آن مي‌تواند موجب لاغري و از بين رفتن چربي بدن شود. در واقع، بلغم و چربي به ماده مني تبديل مي‌شود. بعد از مصرف 45 روز لبوب مرکب،‌ توليد اسپرم شروع مي‌شود هرچند توليد و اصلاح يک ماده حداقل به سه ماه وقت نياز دارد.

اجزاء فراورده: مغز پسته، مغز فندق، مغز چلغوزه، مغز نارگيل، مغز بادام، كنجد مقشّر، شکر فانيذ، جوزبوا، حب‌الرشاد، دارفلفل، اسپست، زنجبيل، كبابه چينى، كندر، بهمن سرخ، بهمن سفيد، قدومه سرخ، قدومه سفيد، ورل، تخم انجره، عسل کف گرفته.

آثار دارو از ديد طب سنتي: مقوي اعضاي رئيسه و معده و کليه و هاضمه، مفتح، مرطب، مفرح، محلل رياح، مبهي، ايجاد کننده نعوظ و ادرار مني، مفيد براي امراض بارد عصب، ملطف اخلاط لزج، محلل اورام صلب (سخت)

مزاج کلي دارو: گرم در آخر درجه دوم و خشك در آخر درجه اول است.

منع مصرف: افراد دچار مانيا، يا داراي فعاليت بيش از حد جنسي. در مبتلايان به ديابت به دليل وجود عسل در ترکيب دارو با احتياط مصرف شود.

عوارض جانبي: مصرف اين دارو مي‌تواند وزن افراد چاق بلغمي‌مزاج را كاهش دهد.

تداخلات دارويي: جذب دارو در حالت ناشتا بيشتر است. مصرف ترشي‌ها، ماست و دوغ مي‌تواند اثر دارو را کاهش دهد.

دستور مصرف: نيم‌ساعت قبل از صبحانه و شب موقع خواب، يك قاشق مرباخوري از دارو با يك استكان شير داغ ميل شود.

نکات قابل توصيه: در صورتي كه مصرف شير ايجاد اشكال كند، با آب گرم ميل كنند. نتيجه مصرف اين دارو پس از 3 ماه مشخص مي‌شود. در افراد گرم مزاج بهتر است همراه با عرق کاسني يا آب انار ميخوش ميل شود.

Loboob-e-morakab

Drug form: electuary

Indications: Effective in increasing sperm count and improving sperm morphology and motility; getting an erection; augmenting sexual desire  

Comments: This electuary is made from a combination of loboob-e-saghir electuary, sandfish skink, and Urtica dioica seed. Consumption of loboob-e-saghir leads to an increase in semen, strengthening of kidney and male genital organs, and getting an erection. Urtica dioica seed modifies sperm morphology and sandfish skink reinforces sex drive and erection and increases sperm count. One of the most important properties of loboob-e-morakab is strengthening the kidneys. According to the traditional medicine textbooks, sandfish skink has a warm and dry temperament and boosts sexual desire, stimulates the erection, and leads to sperm production. Moreover, Urtica dioica is effective in treating kidney disorders, and reinforcing libido. Loboob-e-morakab can lead to elimination of excessive body fat and weight loss due to frequent production and disposal of semen. In fact, phlegm and fat convert into semen. Sperm production starts 45 days after initiating the medication; however, production and modification of semen takes a minimum of 3 months.  

Composition: Pistacia vera, Corylus avelana, Pinus gerardiana, Cocos nucifera, Prunus amygdalus, Sesamum indicum, Sugar, Myristica fragrans, Lipidium sativum, Piper longum, Medicago sativa, Inula helenium, Piper cubeba, Boswellia carterii, Statice limonium, Centaurea behen, Sisymbrium officinale, sandfish skink, Urtica dioica, Honey

Traditional mechanisms of action: reinforcing principle organs (heart, brain, liver), stomach, kidney, and digestion; unclogging, moistening, refreshing, and aphrodisiac activity; dissolving of gases (and flatus) and indurated swelling and thinning down viscid humors; inducing erection and disposal of semen; useful for treating nervous disorders with cold origin

Drug temperament: Hot in the second grade and dry in the first grade

Contraindications: patients with mania or excessive sexual activity. The drug should be prescribed cautiously in patients with diabetes because of honey in this combination.

Side effects: This drug can lead to weight loss in obese patients with phlegmatic temperament.

Interactions: The drug is better absorbed in fasting. Simultaneous consumption of pickles and yogurt decreases the effect of the drug.  

Administration and dosage: One dessertspoon of electuary taken orally with a cup of boiling milk half an hour before breakfast and at bedtime

Recommendations: The drug should be taken with a cup of boiling water if milk cannot be tolerated. Therapeutic effects of this drug become apparent after 3 months of drug consumption. It’s better for patients with hot temperament to take the drug with Cichorium intybus distilled water or sour-sweet pomegranate juice.
